The Universal Leaf Processing Plant measures 1.3-million SF and is located on a 994-acre site in Nash County. The facility is the largest and most advanced plant Universal Leaf owns and incorporates considerable patented processes for the final product. The plant processes about 400 million pounds of tobacco a year.
