Wilmington Bypass – II
The I-140 Wilmington Bypass – II project entails 4.6 miles of new highway construction from US-74/76 east of Malmo to SR1430 approaching the Cape Fear River. The project includes nine bridges and crews moved more than 2.7-million cubic yards of material.
