Veterans Freedom Park
The Veterans Freedom Park is located on 12 acres in Cary, NC. The park is home to the 90-foot tall spire of the Veterans Freedom Monument, a memorial to United States veterans. The spire is made from granite and below the spire, an angel in bronze hangs from the symbol of the fallen – a rifle mounted with a helmet. Around the monument, the plaza bears the seals of each branch of the United States military. The monument and its plaza were funded by SAS Institute.
