At a monumental 37 stories, this mixed-use high-rise isn’t just a building—it’s set to become the city’s tallest residential tower, forever changing the Raleigh skyline. Rising from the historic foundation of the old Pine State Creamery factory, Highline Glenwood will deliver premium residential space and dynamic retail spaces right in the heart of the city.
