Corporate Chaplains
Barnhill works with Corporate Chaplains of America to offer personal support to our workforce. Chaplains are placed in each division and are available to talk with employees and assist with things like family and marriage care, stress management, substance abuse, hospital care, and more. Conversations are always permission-based, confidential, and voluntary. There is a Telachap option available as well.
Employee Referral Incentives
We encourage our employees to spread the word about the benefits of a career at Barnhill to those they know would be a great fit for our team. If your referral leads to a successful hire, you'll earn a monetary incentive as a sincere thank you from us. It’s a win-win—rewarding our dedicated employees while welcoming new awesome talent into the Barnhill family.
Scholarships
The Barnhill Family Scholarship assists children and dependent grandchildren of Barnhill employees who plan to continue their education in college. The Robert E. Barnhill, Sr. Scholarship Fund was established by Robert's wife and children to honor and recognize his legacy as a wonderful husband and father. These programs are both administered by third-party vendors. Both scholarships have applications that are due in March and the links to apply go live every January.
E4E Grants
The E4E Grants program embraces one of our core values – family. Through this program, all employees can apply for monetary support when faced with a financial hardship due to a catastrophic event. Employees who wish to contribute to the program can do so as well to support fellow employees in need.
E4E Volunteers
E4E Volunteers is designed to foster a culture of support and collaboration within Barnhill by enabling employees to connect with volunteers who are willing and able to help in times of need!
