North Carolina State University’s Wolf Ridge at Centennial

Wolf Ridge at Centennial is the first student residential project on North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus. It is a mix of undergraduate and graduate housing designed to create an authentic student community and includes “The Oval Marketplace,” a 20,000 SF dining facility at the center of the complex. The complex includes six five-story buildings with suite-style one, two and three-bedroom apartments to accommodate 1,150 students. Additional space includes a fitness center, bookstore, lounges, common areas and laundry facilities

Wolf Ridge at Centennial was awarded LEED Silver certification by the US Green Building Council. Sustainable features include an underground cistern for irrigation, a green roof, LED lighting, native plantings and easy access to natural areas. The complex includes a 370-parking space gravel lot with additional surface parking scattered throughout the project.
