NCSSM – Morganton Campus
The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics is expanding with a second campus in Morganton, NC. Construction will include renovating three existing structures totaling approximately 72,000 sf as well as construction of approximately 5 new buildings totaling approximately 160,000 sf. The new buildings will consist of the following structures: Dining and Wellness Center; Library and Student Commons; Academic Building; 2 Multi-Purpose Dorm Structures; Landmark Observation Tower.
