Keihin Carolina Systems Technology
This two-phase project consisted of additions and renovations to the existing KCST facility, which manufactures brake assemblies and associated systems for Honda and Acura automobiles. Phase One included 5,000 SF of new construction and associated renovation, along with an extension to the loading dock. Phase Two entailed an addition of 26,000 SF to the manufacturing/assembly floor to the rear of the plant. The plant remained open and operational during both phases of construction and construction processes adhered to clean room standards required by the client.
