Southwest Greenville Bypass

Working with design partner, HDR, and Sanford Contractors, who will be constructing bridges on the project, Barnhill is leading the construction team for the $159-million Southwest Greenville Bypass. The project consists of a new, 12.4 mile, controlled-access facility that begins at Memorial Drive (NC 11) approximately 2.9 miles south of NC 102 and ends at the existing US 264 interchange. The new highway is expected to improve traffic flow and congestion on Memorial Drive and Stantonsburg Road; relieve congestion in Greenville and improve regional travel along the US 264/NC 11 corridor.
