Barnhill Raleigh Office
Barnhill’s Raleigh office is a space reborn. The 11,000-square foot facility was stripped down to the structural steel and reimagined into a forward-thinking, sophisticated space reflecting the values of the organization. Seeking to foster collaboration, an open design is presented with extensive natural light and interior DIRTT wall systems to inspire creativity and foster workflow. Offices expand across the perimeter of the building and are anchored at each corner by technology-driven meeting areas. The central space is comprised of an open-office layout, with large break room at the heart of the building which acts as a space for community gathering, informal meetings and social events. The lobby features a reclaimed wood wall with wood harvested from Eastern North Carolina, paying homage to the company’s roots in Tabor. The space is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology implementing Barco wireless presentation technology with advanced video conferencing, allowing real-time collaboration from anywhere. The reimagined space delivers a dynamic workspace for an innovative construction company on the leading edge of technology.
