This project included all associated site work and vertical construction including construction of the shell building and all tenant upfits. The structural steel frame building consists of metal stud walls, brick veneer with precast stone accents, aluminum storefront and high end interior finishes including marble and stone. Barnhill Contracting Company completed this project in eight months.
